As a microorganic antidiarrheal, the pharmacological activities of Saccharomyces boulardii essentially comprise:
- The synthesis of group B vitamins (vitamins B1, vitamins B2, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, nicotinic acid), which are a growth factor for vitamin-dependent germs and a trophic factor in the digestive mucosa;
- Enzymatic action with marked increase in the activity of disaccharidases (Sucrase, Lactase, Maltase) without alteration of the intestinal mucosa;
- A microbial antagonist, by vital competition and barrier effect causing inhibition of the growth "in vitro" and "in vivo", of several microorganisms, namely bacteria and Candida albicans;
- An action on the immune system, particularly evident and verified when experimental infestations were carried out on the animal, with stimulation of non-specific immune defenses.
Ingredients:
Active ingredient: Saccharomyces boulardii (250 mg)
Excipients and others constituents: Sucrose, Magnesium stearate, Lactose monohydrate, Gelatine, Titanium dioxide (E171), Indigotine (E132).
Conservation:
Store at room temperature, protected from light and moisture.
Precautions:
Do not take in case of allergy to any of the substances;
Keep out of the reach and sight of children;
It is contraindicated in patients with a central venous catheter.;
It should not be used with liquids taken to temperatures above 50º C.;
Patients with rare hereditary problems of fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption or sucraseisomaltase insufficiency should not take this medicine.;
Patients with rare hereditary problems of galactose intolerance, the lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take this medicine.
Not recommended in children under 6 years of age without prior medical advice.

How to use:
Ingest the capsules, with water, as recommended by your doctor.
